DO NOT BUY!!This dealer and Volkswagen are selling new DO NOT BUY!! This dealer and Volkswagen are selling new Atlas vehicles with defective brakes. They will not cover the brake fail even though they are DO NOT BUY!! This dealer and Volkswagen are selling new Atlas vehicles with defective brakes. They will not cover the brake fail even though they are aware of this issue. Volkswagen has a TSB (Technical service bulletin) on this problem and if the bulletin does not work, they will say you need new brake pads and rotors. This occurred to my Atlas at 9,000 miles and the vehicle was only 9 months old. I was fortunate enough to get in contact with the Corporate office in Herndon for assistance and was able to get the repair covered (VW Cares was no help). Moreover, the vehicle has a vibration in the front end at highway speeds that is well documented Volkswagen will not do anything about it. I have a new vehicle that I do not feel safe driving. More

They refused to honor our maintenance package and held our car for 3 days over the tire replacement warranty they would not let us have it back until they got paid by the warranty company.
