Mrs. Williams - We called Volkswagen and verified your maintenance package had expired. You were informed it had expired and you were provided a written estimate prior to any work being completed. The General Manager offered to place the call with you and your service contract provider so you would understand that this is not an Ourisman problem but non-payment from your provider. You refused to participate in that call. We did not hold your car hostage, you refused to pay your bill. I'm sorry we did not meet your expectations.
