This is literally the worst dealership I’ve ever had to buy a car from. The lack of training and empathy they have for their customers is absolutely ridiculous. Did not provide me with a rental or a loaner for the entire perilous they had the car and told me they are working on other deals all the time instead of providing me updates. Matt the GM is an extremely rude individual and his managers are all talk and 0 action. They did not help me after they sold me a Lemon…. The car had issues from day 1… instead of getting Volkswagen involved they kept pushing things off and did not resolve my issue. Constant excuses from them about everything. They would hang up on my phone calls multiple times when I called, provided me 0 updates and made false promises over and over. HORRIBLE DEALER. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. More

Geoff Lemme, our sales person, was really great with getting us into our new ‘22 Taos with going over the car. We got started on the paper work quickly after the test drive and Lisa Light in finance did getting us into our new ‘22 Taos with going over the car. The experience was overall smooth and the dealership has a great selection of inventory as we settled on their selection in stock. Had a very good experience buying a VW Atlas yesterday. Ray was good to work with and he moved at a reasonable pace without repeatedly making me wait as I’ve experienced with other car dealers. DO NOT BUY!!This dealer and Volkswagen are selling new DO NOT BUY!! This dealer and Volkswagen are selling new Atlas vehicles with defective brakes. They will not cover the brake fail even though they are DO NOT BUY!! This dealer and Volkswagen are selling new Atlas vehicles with defective brakes. They will not cover the brake fail even though they are aware of this issue. Volkswagen has a TSB (Technical service bulletin) on this problem and if the bulletin does not work, they will say you need new brake pads and rotors. This occurred to my Atlas at 9,000 miles and the vehicle was only 9 months old. I was fortunate enough to get in contact with the Corporate office in Herndon for assistance and was able to get the repair covered (VW Cares was no help). Moreover, the vehicle has a vibration in the front end at highway speeds that is well documented Volkswagen will not do anything about it. I have a new vehicle that I do not feel safe driving. More
Very unreliable and non- trustworthy. We called in advance and were told ID4 Pro model available and we could come in. After driving 50 miles and walking in they say iis SOLD!! In fact they had no car just wanted the customer to come in so they could sell something else. We asked to speak to manager and tried to give some BS reasons.
