Awful, stay away from them, they lie and steal Worst customer service ever, brought a 2002 beetle for horn repair. Representative named Michael said it will cost $132 for diagnostics and then he wi Worst customer service ever, brought a 2002 beetle for horn repair. Representative named Michael said it will cost $132 for diagnostics and then he will let us know how much the actual repair would be. We asked if the diagnostic fee will go towards the actual repair and he confirmed that it will apply if we decide to fix it with them. After 2 days that the car was in the shop they mentioned it will cost over $800 to fix the horn and the $132 will NOT go towards the repair. We came, spoke to John and other agents and they tried to scam us again, paid the diagnostic fee and ran away from them. Toke it to an independent shop and they fixed everything in an hour for $199. So stay away from them, especially John and Michael , they lie , make up problems that don't exists in the car and very expensive. More

As we live in the country in Virginia with few dealers around, there were actually very few vehicles for us to test drive. I had some work in Rockville, so we wound up there. The sales staff at out local dealership was not knowledgeable, and the sales manager was evasive when I asked any simple question. Not very helpful but nonetheless aggressive. So Bill was a breath of fresh air. He was knowledgeable, straightforward, and easy to work with. I train salespeople in another industry, and I would readily recommend Billy as to any customer who like simple, straightforward, honest answers. More

Although she is not my service representtive, Perdita is always very friendly, she greets me with genuine smile and asks how I am doing. This time my service representative was on his day off and before the department manager could find time and assign someone else to help me, Perdita volunteered, took care of my car issue and I was out of the office sooner that I expected.
