I pay for dealer service as I trust they have the best technicians and most thorough service. You pay a bit more up front for your service, but I'm sure I have avoided thousands of dollars in potential repairs because of their good service. Give your vehicle the service it deserves and you'll be repaid by years of reliable driving. More

We used not to trust dealers service. But at VW Ourisman of Rockville they will take the time to explain what's needed now and what can wait for a few more months. If during a routine service interval they find something wrong they will invite you to the shop and show you along with the tech or mechanic working on your car the found issue and fully explain your options. Don't waste your time dealing with another VW dealer I experienced a two-week-long enraging saga before I found Jimmy at Ourisman. From dealers refusing to give me their best price via e-mail (always in I experienced a two-week-long enraging saga before I found Jimmy at Ourisman. From dealers refusing to give me their best price via e-mail (always including incentives I didn't qualify for and excluding $800 freight charges, $300 admin fees, etc), to dealers attempting to convince me I didn't want to drive a manual transmission. Unraveling the cost became a painful, multi-e-mail process where they'd refuse to answer the question the first time I asked, instead saying, "When can you come in?" Just when I thought I'd go mad, a friend suggested I reach out to Ourisman of Rockville. The website connected me with Jimmy Alegre who provided me with the "This is the final cost with all fees and without incentives you don't qualify for," email within a few minutes. I asked a few redundant questions because I didn't believe it could be that easy, but it was. I was on the Metro within the hour where they picked me up at the station, showed me the car, and had the paperwork ready for me shortly thereafter. During closing, they reviewed options, such as maintenance plans, but I felt no pressure to buy them. All in all, it was an amazing experience--especially for someone who hates shopping or leaving the city--and I love my 2017 VW Jetta SE. It's solid and zippy and it doesn't skimp on the trim just because you wanted a manual transmission. More
