Fast Friendly Service at a price I can afford! I came in for a tire pressure check and Jesus notice that one of my wipers blade, was streaking (which is something that I knew, but kept putting off) I came in for a tire pressure check and Jesus notice that one of my wipers blade, was streaking (which is something that I knew, but kept putting off), Jesus quoted me replacement. I accepted and right on the spot, Jesus replaced the faulty arm and gave me the second arm (wiper blade) for me to bring it, when the other wiper blade goes bad, allowing me to get the most use out of my wiper blades! He even gave me a 40 second tutorial on how easy (truly) it is to replace it my self (if I wanted to)!. But Jesus, also offered the option to bring the wiper blade with me, when the time comes to replace it and I'm not comfortable, replacing it my self and as a courtesy, they would gladly swap it for me. Thank you Jesus! More

My service consultant on this occasion and on several occasions recently was Jesus Santanilla. I found Jesus to be alway very courteous and efficient, always getting back to me when promised to let me know the status of the work being done. I would recommend him without hesitation and trust he will be there to guide and assist me the next time I bring one of my cars into the VW/Mazda dealership. I will certainly request his assistance. He and the dealership, in my opinion, deserve a 5-star rating. More

Trust worthiness!!!! I went in because my car was making a weird noise when I floored the gas pedal and the transmission was between gear changes. Long story long I took i I went in because my car was making a weird noise when I floored the gas pedal and the transmission was between gear changes. Long story long I took it to Ourisman they could not replicate the problem and there was no error message found on the logs. Service Consultant Jesus called me explain that they could not find anything wrong on the logs and the issue could not be replicated. Jesus invited me to take their technician for a drive see if I could replicate the issue. didn't matter how hard I tried the issue was not reoccurring. Moral of the story is... Jesus could had told me and charge anything! said they fixed it! and I would had not known. Instead, Jesus was honest, gave me the opportunity to show them what I though was wrong and at the end the issue disappeared on it's own and I was properly charged for diagnostics. I could not for wished for better service and honesty!! More
