I visited Matt Slap Subaru to resolve an issue with water collecting in the driver side door of my 2019 Outback. Excellent service for repairs Service department knowledgeable and competent with Subarus. I really appreciate their expertise after a terrible experience at Reedman Toll. I needed a new battery. They replaced a brake part(which did not help the problem).After 4 emergency tows. I went to a Subaru dealer in Stone Harbor. They replaced my battery. Problem was solved!! Last time our 2006 Subaru Tribeca end up having engine problem, and the dealer manager helped me & my daughter towed our SUV back in their dealer shop free of charge & fixed it the following day. Then re problem, and the dealer manager helped me & my daughter towed our SUV back in their dealer shop free of charge & fixed it the following day. Then recently we had our 2018 Subaru Forester scheduled for maintenance & the courteous staff offered me to have our car wash.free of charge. Very impressed with their Superb service & flexibility to help their customers who are in need. I will definitely recommend Matt slap Subaru to my family, friends & co-workers. Review of service performed on Monday Aug 3 As usual, the service people were very friendly. There is ample place to wait (at least at 7:45 a.m.) and still practice social distancing. Service took a bit less than an hour, as I expected it would, thus I was out by 8:45 & on my way home. Before replacing a filter which was not part of the usual check-up, but which was needed, the serviceman showed the dirty one to me and asked if I wanted it replaced; I appreciated being consulted first. All in all, a good experience, as it always is at Matt Slap. I am very sorry that I do not remember the names of the service people who helped me that day (I checked them all). I can’t rate price fairness (below) since I have no idea what another service company would charge. To me, the price is reasonable since the service is good & it’s worth it to me to know my car’s been checked regularly. More
