He was patient, knowledgeable thorough, what can I say he was fantastic. Short story- dealing with a possible engine oil consumption issue with our 2015 Outback. Went through months of tests, replacing oil sensing unit. I drive a lot; 3 year old car with 89,800 miles, facing a serious engine rebuild or replacement. Outcome- Matt Slap wanted to keep our business, offered a 2019 for a few dollars more/month same package W/upgrade turning in my 2015.
