Salesman Ron Brzezicki helped us find the right car We walked out with a good car that fitted our budget and my wife's needs. Ron Brzezicki located an excellent condition used Subaru for us at price we could afford. We came in the dealership looking for a 2019 left over but found that was difficult because of the popularity of the Subaru brand. The 2020 models, while enticing, were out of our budgetary range (older people living on fixed income). My wife was very disappointed but Ron Brzezicki saved the day by leading us to try a used 2017 Forrester with less than 30K miles in our price range. He pressured his management to increase the price of our 2011 Ford Escape trade in so we did not have to sell it ourselves to receive the value we believed it to be worth. All in all it was a good experience. We were treated fairly and did not feel under pressure. We drove away with a new(er) car in just over three hours. The car is so nice it seems brand new to us. We are very happy with the way Ron helped us. A good guy who listens to what his customers want and tries to find that for them. More

I bought an Outback from Matt Slap years ago and the experience was Laura Hart-Siano made buying a car the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I bought an Outback from Matt Slap years ago and the experience was so negative that I bought my next Subaru from a different dealer. I’d planned on going back to that other dealer and only went to Matt Slap to comparison shop. Laura was very pleasant, professional but not pushy, and was friendly without a fake off-putting friendliness that I’ve encountered with other salespeople. I felt so comfortable with her that I put aside my reservation about Matt Slap and bought my Impreza from her. While I’m still getting used to my new car, I will definitely contact Laura when I’m ready for my next one. The only reason I am not recommending the service center is that I have not yet used it. More
