I did a warranty repair for two items, and they really delivered for me as I had an early am family trip for Labor Day weekend. A loaner was available and they even did a quick car wash for me. Laura did a great job finding the Crosstrek we wanted and followed through in all aspects of the experience. I visited Matt Slap Subaru to resolve an issue with water collecting in the driver side door of my 2019 Outback.
