William, the coupon you presented was for an oil change (there was no mention of a tire rotation); not filling the washer fluid reservoir was our mistake. We owned our mistake, apologized, and refunded 100% of the money paid to us. I’m disappointed that your review did not at least mention that you were given a “free” oil change (synthetic) and tire rotation. Eve Slap, Owner.
