Fantastic is the only way to describe their help. On the way from upstate NY to Baltimore at 3PM on the afternoon before Thanksgiving, 2017 Imprezza started making a loud noise. We called and they took the car right in so that we could continue the trip. It took less than 1 hour and we were back on our way. You can't ask for more. He spoke with his manager who readily agreed to have their technician measure the pressure in my tires and check why the low pressure light was staying on. Melanie was teaching John how to enter information in their computer system. She explained the process clearly and thoroughly. John showed me where to wait and offered me coffee. My tires were adjusted within a few minutes and there was no charge. My family bought our first Subarus many years ago from Matt Slap before we moved out of state. I highly recommend Matt Slap Subaru and highly commend John and Melanie. More
