Have you ever been to a Car Dealership and everyone was genuinely nice? And competent? It turned out that I needed to spend $500 more than expected to service my brakelines and All-Wheel Drive. I had bought my car as certified pre-owned in New York and they did not do everything they should have done. Clearly, they should have done the service I just had to pay for. Thank God this dealership stepped in, told me what would be in best interest to maintain my car over the long-term, and the price was reasonable. I'll probably buy an Electric vehicle from them when the time comes. More

I took my 2019 Subaru Forrester to the dealer for an issue with my tire. I have 28000 miles on this car and it is a lease. There was a staple one of the tires. The service person told me my tire could not be fixed. Also because my vehicle was an all wheel drive car, I would need to replace all four tires. My step son was in a few weeks prior and he had a similar situation and was told the same solution. He replaced all four tires. I told them not to replace any tires on my car. Today I took my car to a local mechanic and asked them to look at my tire. They plugged the tire. It could be repaired. I feel as though my family has been taken advantage of by Matt Slap Subaru. My step son could have probably had the same result. I have lost faith in this dealership and will less than likely purchase my next car from them More
