I ended up at Thompson Toyota after being thoroughly annoyed by my local dealer (in Pennsylvania). My local dealer was unwilling to make any effort to negotiate a reasonable deal on my trade-in for a n annoyed by my local dealer (in Pennsylvania). I called Thompson, and they gave me the deal I was looking for right over the phone. I did all the negotiating/sale through Tom McGeachy, who was extremely friendly, responsive, and living on the modern world (he scanned and texted to me the new vehicle's sticker so I could verify the options, rather than faxing it). Tom was able to locate the vehicle I wanted and get it to their lot within a couple of days. When I arrived at the dealership to pick up my new car, I worked with Kevin Walker. He was fantastic - friendly, efficient, and professional. I was in and out in about 30 minutes - amazing! Next time I buy a Toyota, I will again make the 2-hr drive to Thompson.
