I had talked to Jon in a prior visit to Thompson looking at a car and my wife, Karen Platt thought Jon is very pushy and not pleasant to work with. Your are losing current and future purchases because of his interactions with others. I have been a customer for more than 25 years and have purchased 4 cars in the last 2 years, Jon is the worst sales person that I have dealt with in that time.
