So 3rd paperwork the mistakes had move again. When ask Ron about these his reply dmv will pay you anything that’s over paid, no explanation on why charges went up when price of car and taxes went down. Bunch of dishonest people in this dealership. Don’t waste your time nor money here. That’s what they are best at wasting your time and stealing your money! Be smart and buy elsewhere!! More

Ethan was awesome! (Five stars for Ethan!!!) His portion of the deal was extremely smooth and hassle-free. With that being said, once in the finance department, I was o (Five stars for Ethan!!!) His portion of the deal was extremely smooth and hassle-free. With that being said, once in the finance department, I was offered extra packages and protections to which I refused. After refusing multiple times, a second man "Finance Manager" was tagged in and began the same speel. I refused a second time. At this point it had been 4 hours of being at the dealer. I was tired and had places to be. I had been kept waiting multiple times in between the onslaught of fast talkers. At one point Ethan popped his head in and asked if everything was alright because I had been left alone waiting and this process was taking an extremely long time. I told him "I don't know how else to say no to them". Fast forward, much to my chagrin, I agreed to a couple extra packages just to get out of there. I deeply regret that decision now but I guess lesson learned on my part. The finance people are "nice" but very pushy. Don't let them pressure you into unnecessary add-ons. More
