Peter should have mentioned that we were overbooked that day, but he also should have taken the time to scan your vehicle to make sure it was safe to operate. We have now made it mandatory for our staff to check on a customer's vehicle who comes in with any kind of service light on, even if we can't take them that same day, so that we can ensure their vehicle is still in safe, drivable condition.
