I went to various dealers and had settled on an Elantra Touring, but... after much searching I could not find one that met my key performance parameters, price range, and still have any semblance of warranty left. So I started looking at new cars, I stopped first at the Mazda side of the dealership and worked with AJ Cuffee looking at hatchbacks and microvan, but still not quite what I wanted. AJ was knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to talk with. The dealership sells Mazda, Subaru and Volkswagen so I tried the Subaru Impreza hatchback a nice driving car, but the Crosstrek caught my eye. AJ was helpful and NOT PUSHY, the cars ARE CLEAN and the dealership is clean and helpful all around. After a couple days of research I went back and tried the Crosstrek again. I liked it and it had the bells and whistles I wanted and gets decent mileage. I returned to the dealership Saturday afternoon and bought the car. AJ was helpful throughout the process and handed me off to Barry Luterek, who as efficiently as is possible in these transactions, got me out the door. Overall the experience was enjoyable and fairly painless. My advice prepare before you get there to know your price points, and if you trade in, know the worth of what you have and negotiate the trade in after you agree to the new car price. I like supporting my local businesses and in this transaction I think both the dealership and I were in a win - win proposition. More

I had the unique experience of having to buy two new cars within 1 year due to the first car being "faulty". Everyone, not only the gentlemen helping me, was extremely friendly and constantly asking if they could do anymore for me. They were very informative about the details of the car and in comparing one model to the other. I was given a very fair price considering the uniqueness of my situation! I went in looking for a used Mazda that I saw online. Marvin was was incredibly helpful and showed me the car I went into look at and another he thought I would like. I thought I had a great loan through my credit union but Barry was able to give me a better loan through Mazda and save me money on an extended warranty. The whole proces was smooth, quick and easy. Ken Beauvais (Sales Mgr) recently took over as sales manager of Mazda. I had already settled on a deal with previous manager and was just waiting on my Mazda 3 to be delivered to dealership. I went in three months ago and purchased a brand new jetta, the tag and title lady still has not gotten me my tags and has had to extend my temporary tags. Now she calls me stating that i owe them 862 d jetta, the tag and title lady still has not gotten me my tags and has had to extend my temporary tags. Now she calls me stating that i owe them 862 dollars for taxes that they did not account for in my original sale. I had a heated arguement with her where come to find out it was all their fault and yet they still claim i owe them. I then was transferred to their Sales Manager who was suppose to get back with and has to do so. I believe that if someone is going to spend 28000 dollars with them they would at least have good customer service apparently not though. I woud stay as far away from her as possible. More
