This man picked me up at my military base, I had just got to Maryland.. and he let me test drive the vehicle. He drove me to the dealership. He got me a great deal and he was above all else, respectful. He just went above and beyond and for the first time in my life, I didn't feel like someone was trying to sell me something just so they can meet a quota. It was really respectful and he still calls me every few months to keep in touch and he is just a fantasic guy. Couldn't have a better employee trying to sell you something. I highly reccommend seeing him if you are going to purchase a car. More

service is poor I called on my car speaker phone on May 31, 2017 to make an Appt to service my car. Brought my car in and had it serviced, oil changed, tires rotated I called on my car speaker phone on May 31, 2017 to make an Appt to service my car. Brought my car in and had it serviced, oil changed, tires rotated and air filters replaced. My car speaker phone has not worked since I Tischer of Laruel serviced my car. My phone was working fine when I took my car in for servicing now it no longer works. I called several times to try to get some assistance and no one will call me back. More

Sol has great experience and was very knowledgeable of Nissan line of vehicles. It was a great experience purchasing from Tischer Nissan and much more efficient than what I remember when I purchased my previous vehicle not from Nissan. We didn't only purchase 1 vehicle but we purchased 2 in the same day! More

Exemplary Service I recently purchased a 2014 Nissan Murano from Tischer. Mr. Jobe was my salesman and he was extremely professional, knowledgeable and patient through I recently purchased a 2014 Nissan Murano from Tischer. Mr. Jobe was my salesman and he was extremely professional, knowledgeable and patient throughout the process. My initial visit to the dealership was to inquire about the Nissan Murano, however with Mr. Jobe's interpersonal skills and ability to read his customer, he worked out a deal that I couldn't resist. Again, I am very happy with the car, the sales transaction and Mr. Jobe's exemplary customer service skills and look forward to doing business with Tischer in the future. More

The experience was awesome. I am very thankful to the Tischer team in Laurel. My sales agent Marshall was great. The team was not pushy and I didn't feel pressured to purchasing I am very thankful to the Tischer team in Laurel. My sales agent Marshall was great. Awesome Dealership! Easy Process - No lies! Look - I know most of you who read these reviews will be like - yea yea, another 5 star! No, this 5 star is well deserved. I've been searching for a Look - I know most of you who read these reviews will be like - yea yea, another 5 star! No, this 5 star is well deserved. I've been searching for a deal on my Murano that most dealership wasn't able to meet. They would give me some number, then later to tell me, oh we can't do it (cough cough - Passport Nissan - avoid at all cost!) On the other hand, you got the big guys with their big names out there: ie. Darcars Nissan, Herb Gordon Nissan, etc around the area. Those guys will only negotiate to a point and it's like pulling teeth from them to get anything even $100 lower. Well NOT Tischer Nissan! I didn't find Tischer Nissan readily via a google search of Nissan in my area. The first ones that came up are the obvious ones that pay the advertisement fees to be first on the list of choices. But I then google mapped all the Nissan within a 30 min radius and contacted each one (I'm determined to find the best deal). And sure enough - when I called up Brian Breinig, he gave me the answer I've been looking for - for 2 weeks! I can tell he wasn't bullsh**ting me because he didn't give me the same line all the others gave me: "This deal is only good for today, so you need to come in today." He literally said, "come in when you can." That's when I know this guy is FOR REAL! He gave me what I wanted and more. No gimmicks and no lying! Awesomely nice guy! We got some extras as well with our deal, which is always a bonus and sealed the deal. 0% APR as promised, and I'm a happy clam. Our sales associate, Marlon was also really knowledgeable. He didn't give us any grief and knows his limitation and where there's wiggle room. Just really great guys to work with. I really love my car because I love the deal I got with it! Best experience ever! who would have thought buying a first car would be so stressful and such a long process, but Mr. Marshall Nickleberry took good care of me and my par who would have thought buying a first car would be so stressful and such a long process, but Mr. Marshall Nickleberry took good care of me and my partner. he did an awesome job in helping me find the right car for for me that i not only love but can also afford. The whole experience was just amazing, he was very professional yet it was like we were treated like family and that's what my partner and i loved about our experience. he explained everything in fine detail to our understanding. Mr. Brian Breining was awesome too and such a great help! The whole staff was such a great help throughout the whole process. thank you all so very much for making the purchasing my first car a great memory!
