Nick did it Again!!! I just got out of bankruptcy and needed a vehicle for work, at the time my brother-law allowed me to use his car so that I could get to work. I received a letter in the mail from Ourisman about purchasing a vehicle but on the back of the letter was a testimony of the sales person who had already experience what I was going through. So, I called him about coming out to discuss my situation and could he possibly assist me. This was his comment to me, he said, “If I can’t help you nobody can.” I purchased a 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander. Nick Cutlip provided excellent customer service, walked with me through the entire process. So I wanted to upgrade my Outlander to a 2017 however they didn’t have the vehicle so Nick and the Ourisman team made me a deal on a 2018 Outlander I couldn’t refuse, so that Saturday night I drove of the lot with a brand new “2018 Outlander”.
