I have used this dearlship since 2002. I will only use this dealership for my car. I have been going here since 2002. I love working with Allen or Mike. I took it to Ourisman when this happened recently because my hometown dealership could not resolve the issue and I work in Rockville. The mechanic drove the car with me until we heard the sound, which was great. He discovered the problem in a few hours, which turned out to be a mess up by my dealership (loose subframe bolts), he was very thorough. Perdita, the woman who checked me in and stayed in contact was wonderful. Great customer service by her. Mechanic (Mahin) was a nice guy, very good. Overall a positive experience. The work was completed ahead of schedule and Allan took the time to show me the dirty filter parts and why is was important to have a clean one. This is the 2nd time I have been to the Rockville Ourisman and both times my service expectations were exceeded. The team there values the customer and one is treated with respect which is different than the experience I have had at other places. I have taken my Mazda and my husband's VW here and will definitely continue to do so! More
