During my visit with mazda i did not know what was wrong with my car they found the problem and was able to fix it in a timely manner. The service at Congressional VW is outstanding, you can even schedule online and they are very good about returning your call. When you arrive for service, there is never a wait more then 5-10 minutes and even schedule online and they are very good about returning your call. I have taken my vehicle to Congressional Motors on a number of occasions: (1) routine oil changes, (2) schedule maintenance, including 100K, (3) brake work, and (4) body shop. For the most part, I have been pleased with the service that I have received. The dealership has been accommodating to my needs and has treated me with the utmost respect. Their prices are relatively reasonable (for VW parts) and their labor is cheaper than the other dealerships that I have contacted in the area. When I lived in Laurel, I still drove to Congressional because of their service and prices. Dustin Craver and his team of technicians made my last visit to the shop enjoyable – checking to make sure that my car truly needed the service and only fixing the parts that needed to be fixed (I went in for brake work). Not only did he change it for free because he discovrered it was still under guarantee --which I did not know--, but he made sure the dealership gave me and my son --who was wearing a simple short, having just played a rugby game--a ride back home. I recommand this dealer, and Allen Krum especially, to anybody. More

When I decided to buy my first car I researched the dealership and the car itself. I have a 2007 Mazda3 and I love it. I go to Congressional Mazda's service department for all my car needs. My most recent trip was because I had one of those mornings where you try and start the car and all you get is your car acting like a scene from the Exorcist... turns out I needed a new battery. I got the car in and they got it fixed in no time even got my oil changed while I was there. They always do such a great job and Dustin is the best. All the staff are exceptionally friendly and the free shuttle to Rockville Metro makes getting to and from Congressional while my car is in the shop very convenient. It is AAA approved and as a freely admitted car dummy they take the time to explain to me why they are doing what they are doing. More

When I bought my car at this dealership 3 years ago, I was not happy with the sales person. There were outstanding issues with the vehicle and he failed to remedy promised items once the car left the lot. was not happy with the sales person. Recently, I was having transmission issues and the Mazda dealer close to where I live was giving me the run-around saying it was my fault and I used the wrong 'BRAND" of fluid, which was crap. Although I was hesitate to deal with Congressional again, I am SO HAPPY that I did!!!! Rich was fabulous! He dealt with the warranty company and got them to replace the entire transmission AND pay for my rental car. I also needed new tires and he honored the cheapest price I could find elsewhere!! He absolutely made up for the bad salesman that I dealt with years ago. Congressional is a little bit out of my way, but with the experience I had this go around, it's definitely worth the hassle. The dealership made is so simple for me to drop my car off. I love the fact that they were able to drive me to work in the morning and pick me up when my car was ready. My husband and I came to this dealership to look at and test a car they had listed on auto trader. A lady came out to assist us. We drove quite the distance as that was "the car" only to be told it was sol test a car they had listed on auto trader. A lady came out to assist us. We drove quite the distance as that was "the car" only to be told it was sold at least a week prior. If the car is listed and sold, it should be removed from any site that has it listed for sale. The sales lady asked us what else she could do for us. There was one car close to it that we let her talk us into test driving. While it drove fine, it just wasn't the car we came down to buy. She proceeded to show us ALL the other cars for sale in the used lot. And made sure to reference we could get what we wanted if we bought a "new" one. We didn't want a new one and didn't want to see all the other cars! We did ask her for her card should we see another car we could call ahead to make sure they have it. She said no, you'll just go somewhere else anyway. With that type of attitude, that is exactly what we did! We found something comparable to "the one" they had and received a good price and awesome customer service! More
