These guys were both really wonderful. I can't say enough goof things about my sales associate, Earl. He was very low pressure, but high knowledge and VERY high on patience. He even helped me drop off my rental car so I could take my new baby home. I love her! Dana made the purchasing process much less stressful that what it should have been for forking over $20 grand. He answered all my questions without flinching -- and I ask a LOT of questions (as a well trained journalist).
