I found a great used Mazda3 at Congressional Motors. I worked with Calvin Moh who is a very nice guy. I found some black tar or paint on the car and asked him to see if it would come off. The next time we spoke he told me it would not come off but we will try again. He said it still would not come off. Then I notices the front two tires were below the wear line but he guaranteed me they would pass VA inspection since they just passed the MD inspection done at Congressional Motors. I asked for the guarantee in writing but they would not do that. I agreed to buy the car because everything else was great. I brought the car home and used Goof Off on the Tar/Paint and it came off in 30 seconds. (Clearly they did not even try). Then the car FAILED VA Inspection after I was guaranteed it would pass because the front tires were below the wear marks. You come up with your own conclusion about Calvin. More
