I could not have asked for a better experience than Mazda Congressional. But every single employee at Mazda Congressional made me feel comfortable. They were warm and friendly, in a genuine way. They answered every one of my questions. Negotiating the price was even easy, mostly because I did not feel like Deborah (Sales Manager) or Ham (dealer) were trying to cheat me. The final price wa well below what the internet had advised as a "reasonable" price. The entire process was very transparent. And Dana (Finance Manager) clearly explained all of my financing options without the judgment and condescension I experienced with other dealerships. I am thrilled with my new Mazda6. When the time comes, I'm definitely coming back to Mazda Congressional for my next car! More

I took my car there for a routine maintenance as well as some additional work. After paying a $1800 bill and getting the car I realized that they have damaged an interior part of the car in the process and some additional work. BTW: the car has 70k miles on it and it 5 years old. I not only will not take my car there any more I will not even remotly suggest this place to anyone else. More
