I can't say enough about our positive experience at Congressional Motors. Our salesperson Ali was friendly and knowledgeable, but not overbearing. Highly recommend Congressional VW Mazda, my first time buying a vehicle here and it won't be my last. The service I received from Juwann, Joey, and Dana from finance were first-rate. I was purchasing a new vehicle and VW GTI was on the top of my list, I went to A VW dealership in Gaithersburg, the service was good but the price was over the top (over MSRP). I went to check out my other choices like Mustang and Infiniti G37. The service at the Ford dealership in Gaithersburg was very bad after hearing that I wasn't purchasing a Mustang on that very day and promptly showed me the door, so I walked out. I went to Jim Coleman Infiniti in Bethesda where I received excellent service. That was Monday and I planned to go back to Infiniti to seal the deal the next day on a G37S. However at about 6pm on Monday Juwann called from Congressional (my zealous friend recommended Congressional and gave Congressional my contact information along with a request for a quote a few days prior). I went without any expectation as my mind was very much set on the Infiniti. A few days later I walked out with my VW GTI, Joey handled the sale and he was the best salesman I've come across, very helpful and friendly. Dana handled the finance and he made things a breeze for me, couldn't be any happier. The car has been fantastic too! I could say more here but I don't want to babble on, I know that one person's experience isn't conclusive but it was exceptional and I recommend a visit to them if you are shopping for VW or Mazda, I think very likely you'll have similar experience as I did. More
