I had a rather "unique" situation - a college student who's Mom was buying the car. From the first handshake to pulling off the lot, Ali was courteous, respectful, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. I had a trade in, a 2002 Volvo that, to put nicely, was run into the ground and Ali worked to get the best price for a car with many electrical and mechanical problems. He also got us an out the door quote prior to trade in that was very good and helped seal the deal. I visited the dealership three times, alone once and with my Mom twice. Even though Ali was quite busy, he still took time to help us out and treated us as if we were the only ones there. A week had gone by between our second visit and third to actually purchase the car and during that week we went back and forth with Ali via phone and Email a few times. I let Ali know when we would come in and he everything ready to go when we got there and the final closing was extremely quick and painless. Over a very pleasant experience. We were not sure if we wanted to lease or buy a VW, nor did we have a good idea of which model we wanted. Ray was friendly, receptive, and professional the entire time we worked with him. Not once was he pushy, rude, or gave us misinformation about the vehicles. He allowed us to take our time, asking questions, test driving, etc. He even stayed two hours late, past closing, to ensure our paperwork was processed with the correct personnel.
