I am very satisfied with my experience and next time know to go directly to Ray instead of spending a lot of time at other dealerships!!! I also enjoyed working with Dana McGriff as I went through all of the paperwork. He was also very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and helpful. It was such a pleasurable experience and he made it easy and understandable. I appreciated it so much. The people at this dealership are welcoming and warm. I would recommend them to anyone!! More

He took me through every step of the process and made sure that i thoroughly understood everything that was going on. I felt like family and Jimmy and the manager, Dana, treated me like royalty. They kept their word and I left with the car that I wanted. I am officially a Volkswagen customer for life because of this experience. I had multiple experiences with car dealerships prior tto walking inside this dealership, but i can honestly say that my outlook on the car buying process has changed. They didn't treat me a certain way because of my age either. I am a United States Sailor and so many dealerships try to take advantage of service members, but Congressional is the cream of the crop and I will forever be grateful. If any one ask me where they can find a nice car for a nice price, I will point them to Congressional. Amazing is an understatement. More

Impressive on a brand new model, the CX -5. He was not pushy & or obnoxious. He answered questions,made suggestions. My wife & I were pleased with the experience. We have purchased vehicles there before, and things went well. Their Mazda Service Department does great work also.. I am a car nut , with way to many BAD stories to relate.Asking not to be called and badgered the Sales Manager said " no problem, we will put U on our Do Not Call List ". My point.? We need more dealers like Congressional in Rockville. Many people would rather skip going to a dealer. What happened to the concept of easy to understand trim levels, options, no haggle pricing.? My long term experience has included bait & switch, pushy salesmen that try to close Now, when asked the selling price its a mystery. ' Have to ask the Sales Manager'. Clients are willing to pay a fair price, just not get ripped off, We will be back, more relaxed & enjoy our car buying experience , the way it should be everywhere. More

I was treated as a VIP right from the start. When I arrived, the car I wanted to see was sparkling clean and had a poster in the window that it was reserved for me! I felt special. He also gave me an informative test drive of the vehicle in which I was able to get the feel of the car in different driving situations. We previously bought our last 2 cars from Jimmy and when we were in the market for a new one, we contacted Jimmy to see if he could give us a good price. His price was about 2 grand cheaper than the other o we were in the market for a new one, we contacted Jimmy to see if he could give us a good price. His price was about 2 grand cheaper than the other offers we were getting. Plus, Jimmy is very easy to talk to and was very nice and gracious during the whole process. I hate the whole car shopping experience but Jimmy makes everything so much easier that it was no trouble at all. More
Our 19 yr old (stationed in DC) came to Congressional car shopping. I agreed to cosign for him and offered to drive the 2hrs from home to help him car shop since he had never done this before. He liked a car there that was listed online for a certain price. We talked about it over the phone, so I asked our 19yr old to find out from Doug what the monthly payment would be. Doug's response was "if you don't come in tonight and sign for this car, I have another buyer for it tomorrow" Our 19yr old called us later to say "I got the car". I asked "How did you get the car since I never cosigned for the loan?" He said Doug said it was OK. 2 days later a UPS package came to my house with all the contract papers for me to sign with the final price $1,000 higher than the internet listing. When I drove there to talk to Doug about the price jump, he said your 19yr old is legal to sign so tuff luck. He was smug and disrespectful and gave my 19yr old a hard time getting the plates for the car. Buyer Beware! More
