I bought a used 2009 Jeep Patriot in April of this year from this dealership and in a few months had some MAJOR maintenance issues. Today I have had my Jeep for 6 months and I have spent about $1000.oo on from this dealership and in a few months had some MAJOR maintenance issues. Today I have had my Jeep for 6 months and I have spent about $1000.oo on ridiculous maintenance that this dealership should have taken care of before they sold this vehicle. I had to buy all new breaks and front roaders for my Jeep. The Pepboys that did the repair said that this was ridiculous and suggested that I report this dealership. The Mechanic that changed my Alternator said the same thing. I am livid and wish that I would have went to another, honest dealer. What makes things worse. I just had a "complementary inspection" done at this dealer, because I bought my car from them and they make my breaks off as good and tried to charge me over $300 to look at the issue with the noise. More

Had excellent experience getting my VW Jetta TDI 2010 serviced at this dealership. They know what they are doing, and follow the procedures in doing the service work! Since then, I had always had a fear of buying because I wasn't sure what "business" the seller would be into.I had a car that had some negative equity and that I was trying to get rid of. He really came through in helping me find a beautiful new VW Jetta in replace of the lemon I once owned. As a young woman, I felt comfortable talking about my past concerns and worries with Alonso. He was not "pushy" and tried his best to find a vehicle that would fit my wants and needs that was still in my price range. He answered all of my questions with authenticity and I felt like he was truly genuine in helping me. I usually don't do reviews about places, but in this case I felt that Alonso's great service should be known. I got an awesome NEW vehicle, at a great interest rate, and that I LOVE.
