He spent an extraordinary amount of time going over all the car's features and making sure I was comfortable with all the information. I didn't think the experience could get better--especially since the remaining part of the process involved large amounts of money!-- but Jennifer was a blast to work with. She's so capable and really understands the nuances of financing a car. Many thanks to both of them. I will definitely recommend Ourisman to my friends and family! More

It was Friday evening when I entered the facility; Jimmy Alegre greeted me in a friendly manner. We spoke for about an hour. It was informative and he answered more questions that I asked. I went home, did some research and went back the next day and get a new car. I feel extremely comfortable with my choice and will definitely recommend Jimmy Alegre. Stu (not sure of his last name), my finance person, was also similar in his approach. More

Painless experience I ran a few TrueCar estimates for various models before checking the online inventory at Ourisman. When I got down to the dealership Jimmy was attentive and respectful when I told him I wanted to "get a feel for the test drives" instead of going over numbers. After a couple laps I was set. Jimmy worked out an offer for under the TrueCar estimate and off I went to finance. Got a great offer on the interest rate too; even beat my credit union. All in all, great experience and I'm thrilled with the car. (Mazda3 iGT manual) This marks the second car from Ourisman. I would definitely recommend. More
Took 18 weeks to get a refund! They beat all other prices in the area for my new Mazda (used TrueCar) over the phone and email. Picked me up at the metro station and I drove off an hour later with my new car. Alonso and Jimmy were easy to work with. Jennifer, the finance rep who closed my deal, was also super helpful during the close. I bought an extended warranty from her, she said it was refundable w/in 60 days and, despite financing the cost of the warranty, would get a refund check cut straight to me. Overall buying experience: 5 stars. Called in a week later to cancel my extended warranty (I could get it cheaper elsewhere) and talked to Juan (Jennifer, the rep who closed my deal, was out). He said I had to come in to fill out a form. I asked if the form could be emailed to me. He said it was really hard, and to call back and ask Jennifer to email me the form. That's horrible service in my book (0 stars). I called Jennifer a few days later and she said she'd take care of it and would get a check 2-5 weeks later. 2 months later I have no check and she's stopped returning my calls. UPDATE: I got a call in May from Jennifer saying they sent it to an old address of mine and would fedex a new one. It's July 1st, still no refund check... UPDATE: July 8, I call Jennifer for an update, and she said she just sent it to my bank because I they had the lien. Despite her telling me she could cut a refund directly to me at the time of sale, and them cutting the first check to my old address, she now tells me she needs something in writing from my bank to say she can stop the check to my bank and pay me directly. Total runaround.... still no refund. UPDATE July 30. After talking to Shirley Mahesh in the accounting dept, she straightened out the problem and I rec'd the check. At this point I would never buy anything from Ourisman again. This has been a disaster. More
