DONT BUY A CAR from them before having professionally inspected with PPI. disappointed with the purchase of a car from Ourisman Lexus. I did a facetime with the salesperson and asked him to show me all t inspected with PPI. disappointed with the purchase of a car from Ourisman Lexus. I did a facetime with the salesperson and asked him to show me all the issues with this car as i did not plan on coming to see it and since they were a certified lexus dealer. I asked if the carfax was clean and there was any paintwork on it. he assured me that there was no touchup or paintwork as they inspected it when they got the car and the only touch up was going to be a small area at the bottom. when i sent it to get detailed, tint and paint protection, they pointed out to me that there were many places the front bumper has been repainted very badly and peeling. when i contacted the rep and told him about this issue and that it is costing me about 750 which was very reasonable for them to compensate me, they did not even respond. I have bought nearly all my cars online (Over 20) and have never had this happen, especially from a Lexus dealer and i have owned lexus cars for over 15 years! More

We live outside of Philadelphia, so we had nearly a 3 hour drive. The salesman who I was speaking to was Michael Coomer. Michael has not been working at your dealership for too long. But, I will tell you what. He is something special. He bent over backwards to make sure we were comfortable and handled every little procedure that was put in front of us. This was a Cash deal No trade. but it was an out of state deal. Michael did not know my background or what I did for a living, and the transaction couldn't have gone any smoother. I spent 24 years with Toyota and 5 years with Lexus, and then I Wholesaled for 12 years replenishing the Certified Inventories. Back-end, Auction to Dealer . The public didn't see me. What i'm getting at, Michael Coomer is something special and has a bright future with you guys. My wife Melissa absolutely loves the vehicle. Thanks again, you guys are the best.
