The experience at Ourisman was great! I bought my new Lexus remotely and Joao was very helpful! Very good service and comfortable waiting area. 2 negatives. First upon entering service area one individual was used to check in vehicles while 2-3 others stood around drinking coffeee and not h 2 negatives. First upon entering service area one individual was used to check in vehicles while 2-3 others stood around drinking coffeee and not helping the check in process. Second issue, only after the work was done was I advised of a new policy of charging 3% on credit card charges. Had prior notice of this been sent I would have brought my checkbook. I did complain and Nelson waived that fee. More
