He has helped me understand the newest features and always comes over to say hello if he sees me in the waiting room. Last, but not least is Jesse, a manager. I bring my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel with me to appointments. My Sophie adores him and basks in his kindness and attention. I enjoy my appointments so much because not only is my car kept in great shape, but I can interact with these wonderful men. More

As my first time at that location, the advisors service was very poor. They did not go out of their way to help. My advisor Andres was condescending and never really listened to what I wanted. I ended up g was very poor. They did not go out of their way to help. My advisor Andres was condescending and never really listened to what I wanted. I ended up getting a 90k service on my vehicle and they stated among other things they conducted a road test. As per my dashcam, that was not done. What other things were claimed to be done but were not done. That will be the first and last time I get my service done in that location. I would rather travel 100 miles to another location where I will feel more appreciated and get my money's worth. More
