My mother went to your dealer and test out the 2024 NX350 Luxury. One of your rep called and we discussed price over the phone/texts but I didn't do much research into that vehicle. So I went onto one of these websites like edmunds and costco and did research, input my information to get true price as they said. Edmunds then sent my phone to all dealers in the area including Rockville Lexus. That's when Garcia called/texted me. I asked him for a serious non xx price and he gave me his price. As a consumer, I have the right to do search around and taking my time to nego. for the best price. Plus during xmas season, I am extremely busy buying gifts for family, hang xmas lights and decoration that I put Lexus in the back for a little bit, beside I think it is better to buy near Christmas because there might be more discount or new promotion. To be Honest, I only have talked to your men and one of the salesman at Annapolis Lexus (this one went nowhere) During the first few texts when the price was not finalized, he offered a price and asked if I want his underwear too? As a dude, it might irked me a bit but my wife rolled her eyes reading the text but we brushed it aside because maybe ignoring that probably get us better deal. Since we put Lexus in the back burner to deal with our Xmas season, I got a text back from Garcia. I told him my family is also searching for the best price because I cannot do it all myself. I didn't even have a chance to tell him Christmas season is upon us and you gotta understand how busy it is. He has the sale to make, I have my family to care for. He has no right to tell me that I waste his time and demand me not to contact any of you guys there at Rockville Lexus. Who is he? The owner of Ourisman? Graham Group and Mr. Ourisman did not tell me that. If the dude cannot even handle a hassle from a customer, then he shouldn't be in this job. I was never rude to him once. I got receipts!
