I took a chance and drive over an hour to Lexus of Rockville. I was not disappointed! I was immediately greeted by Frank as soon as I pulled in. Frank was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He answered all of my questions, and there was no pressure whatsoever. At first I was nervous about car shopping with my kids, but Frank was extremely helpful and patient. I was also worried about being taken advantage of, but the deal I got at Lexus of Rockville was thousands less than another dealership I visited with my husband. The entire process was smooth, relaxed and comfortable. . I feel like I got the best deal for my money and had a great experience at the same time! Aaron was thorough, kind, honest, and not pushy by any means, which is a hard quality to find in the car sales business.
