Previous visits had always been without the problem manifesting itself with the technician. Luckily, Lexus had a TSB for just this issue from the dark old days of 2008. They applied the TSB and the hesitation in acceleration went away and my gas mileage Per gallon increased by over 2 mpg. More

Excellent experience in upgrading leased vehicle. I was approaching the end of my (then) current lease when I received communication from the dealership that I was eligible to upgrade my lease at a co I was approaching the end of my (then) current lease when I received communication from the dealership that I was eligible to upgrade my lease at a considerable saving. I was originally contacted by the general manager but then referred to my regular salesperson who handled the transaction. Was most impressed by selection of appropriate available vehicles. Because of time constraints I drove my original vehicle home for the night, cleaned it out and went back to the dealership the following morning and picked up and was educated on my new upgrade. I am still learning how to use all of the upgrades but I love the new car. More
