Brand new car with less than 500 miles on it and I noticed a tire defect. Plain n simple. By all rights a dealership did not have to do a thing. But oarsman Lexus went above and beyond and made me who noticed a tire defect. Plain n simple. By all rights a dealership did not have to do a thing. But oarsman Lexus went above and beyond and made me whole by replacing the tire. Most car dealerships would have told me too bad unless I had purchased extra tire insurance.
