We visited Ourisman Lexus of Rockville to test drive the ES300H and the RX Hybrid as well. Ended up purchasing the ES300. Tim Wood went the extra mile to make sure we had the vehicle we wanted. After the sale he delivered the vehicle to our home in WV and spent all the time we needed to fully acclimate ourselves to the features of the vehicle. He made the experience much more pleasant than anticipated. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the fact that the sales price listed online was $1300 less than the actual sales price. Turns out that the dealership adds Smart Shield to vehicles, even though it is listed as an option. I strongly suggest that the dealership should in fact treat it as such, and allow the buyer to exercise the option or refuse it depending on their wishes. More

Visited this dealership for the first time. I'm well versed in cars, can turn a wrench myself, and usually use trusted independent mechanics for things I need help with. I decided to give this dealer a shot because I needed the work done quickly and the price quoted online ($190) seemed fair. The service advisor was friendly overall, but I was disappointed by the typical attempt to overcharge (nearly 2X) for a fairly simple service "because the computer said so". They did make good on the original quote, but only after I called them out and asked to speak to the service manager. Sadly, I assume this tactic works on most unsuspecting customers and is the way things simply are with dealership compensation models. At the end of the service, I was offered new control arms for more than $3K - wow. I was expecting much more from the "legendary" Lexus service experience I had heard about. Perhaps they are busy enough without my business. Thank you. More

As a loyal Lexus driver for over 25 years, I have experienced exceptional service at multiple dealerships—but Lexus of Rockville stands out as the most disappointing by far. I purchased a certified LS500 from them, and the contract explicitly included four complimentary services. However, they completely failed to honor this commitment. Despite numerous calls and follow-ups, they gave me the runaround and never returned my calls. Even when the Lexus dealership in Alexandria, VA attempted to intervene on my behalf, Lexus of Rockville continued to ignore the issue. This level of dishonesty and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. I am sharing my experience with my Pastor friends, my congregation, and my social media community, urging everyone to avoid Lexus of Rockville.
