I was pleased that I was able to find a next day appointment slot to have my new car serviced since it reached 5K. While the person that was assigned to me was not rude, I was underwhelmed with his appointment slot to have my new car serviced since it reached 5K. While the person that was assigned to me was not rude, I was underwhelmed with his customer service skills. He did not walk me thru the service that was done and simply thanked me and told me all the detail was referenced on the service detail sheet that he placed in my car. More

Moquit was always responsive and willing to answer any questions. He also kept us updated on the status of the vehicle from the time it was ordered until it arrived. I was thrilled with my purchase experience. Dela was the main sales consultant but Josh also helped with some aspects of the sale. They are both men of their word. I felt treated the same as someone buying a Lexus, even though I was buying a used car at a much lower price point than many of the cars sold at this dealership. More
