I was pleased that I was able to find a next day appointment slot to have my new car serviced since it reached 5K. While the person that was assigned to me was not rude, I was underwhelmed with his appointment slot to have my new car serviced since it reached 5K. He did not walk me thru the service that was done and simply thanked me and told me all the detail was referenced on the service detail sheet that he placed in my car. More

Moquit was always responsive and willing to answer any questions. He also kept us updated on the status of the vehicle from the time it was ordered until it arrived.
