I went to the Lexus dealership in Rockville, MD where I purchased and have serviced my cars for the past 17 years. Did not perform differential oil check, rather recommended changing rear ($140.36) & front ($135.85) fluids based on mileage, 43,558. Multi-point checklist for brakes & tire tread (“Will require further attention”) do not match measurements (8 mm Front, 6mm Rear; 6/32” all tires) which are “OK.” Over inflated tires to 40 psi (33 specified, checklist says 35). My service here has been uneven, depending on service advisor & tech. They are qualified, but I am not certain everything is being performed as specified by the mfr. Be ready to question needless service. I may or may not return. More
