Had the RX in for a recall and our second service check. Check in was a breeze and my service advisor Justin took over the process. He was extremely courteous and had me out of there quickly in a loaner car Check in was a breeze and my service advisor Justin took over the process. My experience at Ourisman service has pretty much been a pretty poor overall. I took my vehicle for a diagnostic service to be told I ran it low on gas (which wasn't true). I explained it couldn't be, to wh pretty poor overall. I took my vehicle for a diagnostic service to be told I ran it low on gas (which wasn't true). I explained it couldn't be, to which they insisted it was what the mechanic said. I told them lets try and induction service if it wasnt much more cost (I later found out it wasn't really done well/correctly as I have pictures showing my intake/carbon still inside my engine. I picked the car up and minutes later the light came back on. I brought it back and a day later they called me to tell me it needed over 4.5k in work (that's a 180 over needing gas). I didn't believe this and took it independently to find it was something minor a few hundred fixed. The parts counter is great here..but the service section is unfortunately not in favor of the consumer. I called back a handful of times to provide feedback, but without even mentioning my actual experience they never responded to the couple voice mails I left. I'm not one to leave bad feedback, but I just feel that a company should try to do right by the consumer and atleast be honest. More
