Some of the paperwork issued was incorrect, however, an apparent printout carryover. There was no charge. Earl in warranty parts was instrumental in quickly reordering parts, scheduling service & finally resolving the issue. Ki was helpful in explaining the cause. Pleasant waiting area & friendly staff, including Nelson, the service advisor. Would recommend. More
