The waiting area is well designed, fully stocked with beverages and snacks and very clean. The service took just over an hour, which included a car wash. My only recommendation would be to fully explain the entire process, with options for a loaner, to those utilizing maintenance for the first time. However, we were very pleased and will be using Lexus of Rockville for future maintenance.
