Andres was horrible, very rude and disrespectful. Didn’t even introduce himself and was all around annoyed that he had to work with me. He probably doesn’t know my name either. When I was waiting for an advisor to come and take my car (which is another problem on its own, I have to wait 15-20mins for an advisor to come greet me, and I always book my appointments in advance) he just came up to me and was like “You waiting?”, and I replied with I have been waiting and then he said “You waiting inside?”… been already waiting 15 mins pass my scheduled appointment time for someone to come take my car, did he think I was waiting by my car for fun? Overall most experiences I have had at this dealership, which has been since 2011, have been okay. This guy andres took the cake, he was rude, disrespectful, and just down right doesn’t know how to provide customer service. More
