I went to ourisman lexus in Rockville md for a recall on my vehicle. I called then to set up the appointment. They said they had the parts and scheduled my appointment. Upon my arrival they checked the c my vehicle. I called then to set up the appointment. They said they had the parts and scheduled my appointment. Upon my arrival they checked the car in then came back to tell me they didn't have the parts for the recall. I drove an hour to get there because they were the closest to my house. Very disappointed and will never go there again. More
