I am beyond disappointed and upset with this dealership. My initial contact with this dealership was horrible, but I gave them another chance and changed my review. After giving them another chance, I came back and bought a brand new 2021 Lexus ES350. I am scheduled for my 15k maintenance. I took it to a different Lexus dealership that's close to me today. They didn't see my maintenance plan in the system. I called ourisman, and they're telling me that the maintenance plan isn't with Lexus. It's with a company called fidelity...nobody told me this. I was told it was a Lexus maintenance plan. I was never given an option. They gave me something that I never asked for, and when I called the lady just now she keeps trying to get me to bring it to OURISMAN dealership which is an hour away and tolls plus Gas. Now, I am stuck with a Maintenance plan that was forced on me. I feel like they xxxxx me. This is a USED car side-street tactic. They are no better than a corner store dealership. Don't come here. I gave them a chance and trusted them and they stuck it to me. Not only did they give me a xx maintenance plan, they didn't even tell me until now. I wanted a Lexus maintenance plan. Now, she is telling me to have Len Stoler Lexus call Fidelity. I took off of work. I gave them another chance and they screwed me royally. Don't go to this dealership. They are scammers! The lady told me that Len Stoler is a particular.....that's what great dealerships do Miss. Ourisman is terrible for this....Horrible. The worst! Tell everyone don't come here, because they will xxxx you out of your money and what to do with it. Now I'm stuck with a company that I have never asked for in Fidelity instead of a true Lexus Maintenance plan, and I can't even take it to the LEXUS dealership of my choosing without having to jump through hoops. More
