When we pulled into Ourisman Lexus of Rockville we were in a dealer Audi 5. We had no intention of buying a car, just wanted to compare. Right away the receptionist was welcoming and we had a salesman in 5 in a dealer Audi 5. We had no intention of buying a car, just wanted to compare. Right away the receptionist was welcoming and we had a salesman in 5 seconds. We told him we were probably going to buy the Audi but what did he have that met my requirements. Fahad was on it right away and I fell in love with the IS350. Even though he wasn't feeling well he stayed and went back and forth to get me the price I was comfortable with. At that point , because he wasn't well, Athanasios took over and taught me everything I needed to know to get home safely. It was almost 10PM so I knew he wanted to go home, but he stayed until I knew what I was doing. Then he called me the next day to make sure I was happy. This was a good experience, not always the case when buying a car, but everyone there made me feel like I was the only customer there. Kudos Ourisman!! I don't live in Rockville but will definitely recommend you to my friends in that area. More
