There’s no need to explain the situation other than that they sold us a brand new car that had a manufactory defect and continue to leave us without any updates and gave promises that they couldn’t keep. And then when we confronted them, they gave us the worst amount of professionalism. DO NOT GO HERE! More

Zero communication for hours and then this. Nope. Never again. Got a second opinion on the repair costs which were way less and some of the "issues" noted were not even a talking point on the second opinion I got. Skip this place. More
They illegally use "Bait and Switch" tactics, advertising a price BELOW the MSRP and then at the point of sale, tacking on a "market adjustment fee" that is almost 15% the value of the car. She immediately sent a screenshot of the exchange, proving it was fake. They are a sleazy business. Beware! More
We drove around the area looking at used cars and landed here. The building was a xxxx hole pardon my language. I felt like I was making a illegal purchase because everyone was acting real shady. My son, unfortunately fell in love with a car they had. I told them i had financing and they insisted I fill out a form that they use for filing customer information. I should have known better when it asked for my social and income information. My husband reiterated with them that we wanted to use the financing we had. Well shortly after our purchase I learned they ran our credit again. They didnt put the registration in the car as they said and I had to email them for that. Now our temp tags are dead and we have yet to see the new tags come in. Nothing but a headache. I have to say I personally liked our sales man and i hope, especially being a vet he sees his value and find a more respectable place to work. More

I don't ever write reviews, but I actually give this place a zero. I had an appointment to get my car serviced at 1pm on a Saturday. Even dropped it off early. Oil change, tire rotation, brake job, co place a zero. I had an appointment to get my car serviced at 1pm on a Saturday. Even dropped it off early. Oil change, tire rotation, brake job, complimentary point inspection...yada..yada...yada. They said it would be ready by 5pm, which is when they close. I received a call after 4pm that day and the young boy working the service counter, Andrew, asked if I still needed the car that day. I told him I absolutely needed to have my car that day, since they are closed on Sundays and needed to be at work early Monday morning. He said, and I quote, "Ok, no problem sir, we'll go ahead and knock that out for you. We'll give you a call once it's finished." NOPE. He called back at 5:10pm, telling me my car would not be finished. Even tried to tell me the technician got started on it and would finish it up Monday morning. I pleaded with the boy and then he said he'd get me a rental. Then he called back and said he couldn't get me a rental since the rental company was closed. I went back early Monday morning and they had JUST started working on my car! I was so pissed! I was completely lied to. I didn't get my car back until after 12pm on MONDAY and basically missed a whole day's pay. On top of that, their services are overpriced. I'm never going back here even for the "free oil changes"! I agree with everyone, over the last year or so, the quality of service has diminished drastically at Ourisman Fairfax. I don't even blame the kid that I was dealing with. I don't like to be lied to, but it starts at the top. As long as there are no changes in management, training, and customer service this place will continue to lose business. Not to mention the parking is terrible, but no where near as terrible as the service I've endured all weekend. More
New ownership has not resolved any of the service problems listed here! I dropped my new vehicle off for an oil change first thing in the AM, told it would be ready in 1 1/2 hours. I responded that I could not get back until 12 noon. At 1:15PM I called the service department, on hold for 15 minutes, no answer. I called again and could not get an answer, so I called Sales and of course they picked up. They transferred me to service at which point they took my car in for the oil change. I am still waiting to hear when it will be ready... Please note that the service girl that took the initial intake was very knowledgeable and efficient. More
