If there was a -1 rating, I would give it to this dealership. I purchased a 2014 Kia Soul from this dealership in July 2022. The vehicle started having issues with overconsumption of engine oil dealership. I purchased a 2014 Kia Soul from this dealership in July 2022. The vehicle started having issues with overconsumption of engine oil from month 3. After spending thousands of dollars to fix this perpetual problem (at this dealership and another), i was informed that the engine needs replacement (costs estimated at over $9000). This is unacceptable. I brought in the vehicle for this issue to be rectified...again... and the service team only changed the oil and requested that i drive it another 1000miles (further damage to a damaged vehicle with mechanical warranty on it). I would not recommend this dealership for purchasing a vehicle unless you bring your own mechanic to inspect the vehicle you are purchasing. More

This was the worst car-buying and service experience we have ever had. The sales representative made statements with respect to the operation and functionality of the RSE that were absolutely inaccurate an have ever had. The sales representative made statements with respect to the operation and functionality of the RSE that were absolutely inaccurate and untrue. They lost (or trashed) our license plate holder when replacing it with their dealership one. We purchased the rear set entertainment system (RSE) and then it took weeks of phone calls to actually get it installed. Communication has been consistently terrible. Emails go unanswered; calls that are supposed to be returned are not. On at least two (maybe three?) different occasions the RSE was supposed to have been ordered and then we’d call to make an appointment for installation only to find out that it had never even been ordered. More

Horrible experience! The old bait and switch occurred on a used car I was very interested in purchasing. I was quoted a price of $9800 on a trade-in they received on Wednesday. I go into the dealership today (Friday) to do a test drive and look it over. When I asked for the out the door price and after waiting too long, I was given a sheet that had the car priced at nearly $14k. I said "no way", so the salesman went back to the manager (Shereen) and they reduced it slightly, but there was no way I was paying over $17k for a trade-in vehicle that was quoted to me at $9800. And that's after both the salesman and manager said "they'd take care of me" after purchasing 8 vehicles from them (7 brand new and 1 used - all of them through a salesman I trusted who retired earlier this year). The reason I'm in the market is because the used car I bought from them 9 months ago blew the engine. I will never go back to the dealership - what a waste of time! Very very dissatisfied. More

There’s no need to explain the situation other than that they sold us a brand new car that had a manufactory defect and continue to leave us without any updates and gave promises that they couldn’t keep. And then when we confronted them, they gave us the worst amount of professionalism. DO NOT GO HERE! More

Zero communication for hours and then this. Nope. Never again. Got a second opinion on the repair costs which were way less and some of the "issues" noted were not even a talking point on the second opinion I got. Skip this place. More
