No longer honored the free oil change, phone system is terrible, charge a 3% fee if use a credit card. They have really deterioted in customer service. More

yes some communication would have been helpful . The manager didn't say because of all the miscommunication they would do the oil change today for free however, when I went back to get it done, David at the service desk was very rude and told me no who's paying for this one of the managers came and talk to him he still could not help me and I had to work with another service desk employee. She was nice and polite - Still really disappointed in the unprofessional communication and attitude that I received from David
