When I went to finalize the purchase and pick up the car, they had it cleaned and washed, gassed up ready to go. When I started the car I saw it had 94 miles. I asked for another car that was new, but they refused and said I had negotiated for only that car. But nobody told me it had 94 miles already, and each person claimed they thought the other had told me. Fun and games, so I left immediately. The next evening I bought the same model at another local dealership in a very straightforward deal with no games or surprises. More

My experience from the moment I drove into the parking lot was nothing short of amazing (and quite seamless). I was in the market for my 3rd Honda after my beloved Accord Coupe was totaled. I had narrowed the options down to 2 Accords and they were ready for me to test drive upon arrival. Billion, my salesman was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable about Honda products, services, and all of the features of my soon to be new car. Once I made my choice. I worked with Hugo on next steps. He was extremely friendly and kind. Last stop was with Woodson in the finance office, he too was kind and very friendly. He made the finance process go very smoothly and made sure I was well-informed in all my choices and decisions. While I waited for paperwork I was given a tour, booked my first service appointment and got a latte (it was delicious). All in all, I was there for 4 hours and got to drive my new car home. I am loving it so far and I am happy that Billion taught me how to use all the features (I have lots of bells and whistles). I cannot thank the members of the Honda of Tysons team enough for their friendliness and professionalism. More

Price gauging Wish I could give 0 stars. My son took our Honda (2 years old, under 23,000 miles) to Honda (purchased at this location) to have the tires rotated and Wish I could give 0 stars. ($22 for tire rotation/coupon) and the rest for patching the tire (they added an enviro fee). More
