First off, Don't believe everything negative that you read. I buy my cars out of state most of the time to find a bargain. I live in PA. I bought a new car at Ourisman's Honda and let me tell you about the 5 star PRICE I got, 5 star SERVICE I got from the Salesperson Francisco, Sales Manager Saajod, and Finance managers Carlos and Mohammed. I've been around alot of places buying cars from dealers all over and this was the best car buying experience I ever had. Don't be afraid to buy any type of car here - contrary to other reviews, actually I recommend them 100% - 5 stars!! GREAT PEOPLE!!! More
I have to be honest that I'm a day into owning my Accord and wish I hadn't purchased it. The car itself is great. The lead up to the purchase was handled aggressively but appropriately. But what ensued is o and wish I hadn't purchased it. The car itself is great. The lead up to the purchase was handled aggressively but appropriately. But what ensued is one of the worst experiences I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. I had a deposit on the vehicle I was purchasing and had plans to execute the contract on Thursday, December 17. I got a call on Saturday, December 12 saying the vehicle was available and asking if I could come sign that day instead. I made an appointment for 3:15 and arrived expecting to do a visual review of the car, sign papers, and go on my way. Instead, I had the opportunity to spend nearly 4 hours in the dealership where employees and other customers were masking but not practicing social distancing at any reasonable level. After about 2.5 hours of waiting, I told my salesperson Tamim that I had an offer from another dealer to match Ourismans price on my selected vehicle and provide 2 years/24k miles of maintenance. I had indicated to that dealer that I had a deal at Ourisman and intended to honor that even if that was a better deal on the exact same car. The wait was making me rethink my decision. With that information, Tamim went to another manager on the floor who coaxed me to stay by different thoughts about possible maintenance coverage and "making things right" for my wait. So I waited and proceeded to finance. In the finance room, while I had great conversation with the finance manager, I was left with a deal that did not reflect my accurate payoff or tag transfer, meaning I'm having to pay interest on money owed. I was told that we had to use that exact deal structure negotiated. But then when I asked a question about gap insurance, it wasn't an issue to add that in (if I wanted -- not likely). After signing everything, I then came back out to see about how I would be taken care of for my wait. Nothing. Not even a measly oil change. I also didn't have the vehicle reviewed by the salesperson in any way. When I stopped to pick up dinner for my wife and I, I took a closer look and see there are either scratches or glue stains missed in detailing. Buying a car should be a happy, pleasant experience. At Ourisman it became clear to me what it means to be a "volume" dealer -- the customer is a number and the sale is the goal. Nothing else matters. **Note: I sent this information as an email to the salesperson, sales manager, finance manager, and general manager over 20 hours ago and have not received a response. Not surprising. More

Nothing but problems, employees keep leaving. I traded my old car for a new one last May 2019. Since then everything I have gotten from this dealership are problems. I'm still calling and visiting I traded my old car for a new one last May 2019. Since then everything I have gotten from this dealership are problems. I'm still calling and visiting them to get solutions because they keep rotating employees, Every time I go, someone different gets my case. Here is my story (you can skip it on paragraph 3): I stopped one day to check out the new CR-V and see my options for a trade in. We liked the car but decided to wait until next dayafter seeing other options we could have with a different brand. The seller said they'll keep they car they showed us with a 'Sold' sign in case we want to go for it and he remarked it was brand new with 20 miles on it. Next day, around 5:30 pm, we went to the dealership to inform them we got a better deal and didn't want to continue the buy. Immediately they called the manager and some other person and after negotiating the whole package, they convinced me and we agreed to start with the paperwork. After 4 hours waiting, almost 10:00 pm, my family and I were tired and wanted to leave and continue some other day, but they insisted us to stay few more minutes and took me with the Finance manager to sign my papers. Their excuse: Were short on people. Obviously I was tired and stressed of waiting and only wanted to go home. I signed everything after a brief reading and a explanation from the manager on what each document was but didn't put attention on details (MY MISTAKE). They agreed to compensate me for the long wait and gave me some accessories for free. By now they had already taken my old car to the workshop, removing plates and everything and moving my belongings to the new car. 10:30 pm I headed back home. Next day, I saw the car had 250 miles instead of 20 as they car they showed me had. Same model, color, characteristics, just different car. Result of receiving it at night, tired and in a hurry. (My Mistake, again). First red flag - Dishonesty First problem: One month later I got a letter from the bank they ran my credit against, saying it was not approved. So theoretically, I was driving a car that was not even mine yet. So I went again to Honda to try to talk with the finance manager but he was not working there any more. My case was taken by a different employee, ran my credit again and gave me the new approved quote. That was when I noticed, the initial price for the car on the contract I had signed one month before was higher than the one we had negotiated at the beginning and because my mistake of not checking the details, it went through as it was. They said they cannot do anything since I had already signed. Again, my bad. One month had already past, so they gave me another permit for my license plates. Second problem. With the trade, they agreed to pay off my previous loan immediately at the fixed price we settled at that moment, but I continued paying since I didn't see a payment from Honda and my credit could be impacted due Late payments or No payments made. After many calls and visits to Finance department, 2 month later they paid my old loan, but surprise, the amount on the check they sent was for less money. So I had to call them and go again to the dealership to speak with finance. Again, the person who helped me was not working there anymore and they took me with the Finance Director, Darwin Jordan, nice guy who was trying to fix all the mess other employees left while leaving. Reason of my problem - They had not sent my documents to the bank, Honda accounting dpt nor DMV immediately, and since the finance guy I told before, was not there anymore, they called my previous dealership, asked for the amount due (after I have made 3 more payments) and they sent the check. Honda agreed to reimburse me the difference. We were on Jul already. My license plates permit had expired already so they gave me another one, again Third problem - By August, Honda called me saying they have my checks. So I went immediately to pick them up and deposited them by using my mobile app. 2 week later my bank sent me a letter because one of the 2 checks was rejected and I needed to contact the maker (Honda). So guess what. I called them, they didn't pick up so I stopped by once again. Not a surprise, they assigned my case to a new finance employee who was taking care of it. By this time my license plates had already arrived (After 3 months) Fourth problem - It is December now, my new check has not arrived, I called the person who was helped me. He replies back - 'Please contact Melissa. I don't work there anymore'. This is when I decided to write this review. 6 months since I bought the car and I'm still calling them every week to get problems resolved. I took my car for the first service already, just a simple oil change, I go back home I see the Service notification turned on, because the oil life level was at 10%. They said they forgot to reset it, but honestly, I doubt they had actually changed it! My recommendation: Avoid this dealership if you don't want to deal with issues like mine. I just chose them because I lived few blocks away from there and I didn't read reviews before. More

Finance Department Horrendous I returned a lease here on August 3rd and purchased a new CR-V on the same day. 4 months later and I am still having issues with the financial aspect I returned a lease here on August 3rd and purchased a new CR-V on the same day. 4 months later and I am still having issues with the financial aspect of the returned lease. I have been charged incorrectly by over $600. No one at the dealership is making any effort to help. I am directed to call Honda Financial Services who in turn tell me to call the dealership. My account is now overdue for money I don't owe. This has been the worst financial transaction of my life. Customer service is not their strength. More
